Cinnamon Roll Easy Protein Balls |
Ingredients
1. 3 tbsp powdered erythritol
2. 1 tsp ground cinnamon
3. 1/4 tsp salt
4. 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
5. 1 1/4 cups almond flour
Instructions
1. In a big bowl mix together all ingredients together. Chill mixture in the fridge for 30 minutes. Roll into 12 bite-sized balls. Sprinkle with a little bit of additional cinnamon, if desired.
2. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
